Lumicene^® M3427 is a metallocene-catalyzed polyethylene based on TotalEnergies’s proprietary catalyst technology. It provides artificial grass yarns with a lifetime at least 50% longer compared to artificial grass yarn made of octene-based linear low-density polyethylene that is considered the reference on the European market. The yarns increased longevity leads to an annual reduction of CO₂ emissions and energy consumption over the lifetime.
